Shipping
All of our orders are shipped from Spain
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will also find it in "My Account" when logged in our site.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. In case of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Delivery times depend on where you're located, but they usually go like this:
Spain: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-6 business days
USA/Canada: 5-10 days
Rest of the world: Depends on the country, feel free to ask about yours!
Customs & Duties - International Orders
For international orders (except for the US), customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.

Friendly reminder: The UK is no longer part of the EU and you'll be requested to pay VAT and custom duties before UPS delivers your parcel.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they've been shipped.
When modifying your order with an item of a different cost, we will either process a refund or send you a paying link for the price difference
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and let us know about the new address straightaway. We will do our best to update it before dispatch :)
If your order has been shipped already, we will contact the courier and try to re-route the package.
Returns & Exchanges
If you received a faulty item or an item different to the one you purchased, please contact us and we will help you return your item free of charge.
If you want to return your order for any other reason, you have to send the package back to our warehouse at the following address:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.
If you want a product exchange, let us know which product you want instead of the returned one and we will either refund you or send you a paying link for the price difference, and we will also bear the costs of the shipment.
